We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior 3D Concept Artist with a passion for aerospace to join our creative team, reporting to the Industrial Design Manager. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and visionaries to create compelling and forward-thinking visual concepts for both current and future space stations. Your designs will help shape the aesthetics, functionality, and experience of human habitats in space, from external station exteriors to interior living and working environments.
With a passion for technical knowledge, you will work alongside the industrial design and engineering teams to gather requirements and briefing information, allowing you to properly envision habitats for humanity’s space fairing future.

Role Overview
As a 3D Designer, you will bring bold ideas to life by conceptualizing and visualizing physical environments for live events, activations, and experiential marketing builds. Your expertise will extend from creative ideation to fabrication-ready outputs, ensuring the designs are both engaging and functional for real-world execution. This role is hands-on, requiring technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a passion for storytelling through tangible spaces.
Key Responsibilities
3D Design for Experiential Builds: Create concepts and 3D designs for physical activations, including large-scale live events, pop-ups, and interactive installations.
Visualization for Real-World Execution: Develop highly detailed 3D models, renders, and visual assets using tools such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent, with a focus on in-person audience impact.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with event producers, creative strategists, and technical teams to transform ideas into immersive, real-world experiences aligned with client objectives.
Event-Centric Design Thinking: Ensure all designs are optimized for live, physical execution, including scalability, feasibility, and audience engagement.
Client Presentations & Feedback: Present design concepts to clients, integrating their feedback to refine and perfect designs.
Build & Fabrication Support: Deliver technical files and collaborate with production and fabrication teams to ensure seamless physical builds and installations.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor and incorporate the latest trends in experiential design, fabrication techniques, and live event production to keep designs cutting-edge.
Project Management: Maintain organized workflows, including version control, asset management, and file readiness for production.
