Create and develop 3D digital models of full vehicle production and advance passenger vehicles, including exterior and body in white systems (doors, roof systems, hoods, trunks, rocker panels, front and rear fenders, fascias, A/B/C/D pillars, Daylight Opening (DLO), head/tail/rear lamps, turn signals, wheels, radiator grilles, outside rearview mirrors, antennas, door handles), and interior systems (instrument panels, steering wheels, seat systems, center stacks, door panels, center consoles, passive/active restraints systems, interfaces, switches, knobs, interior trim, cladding, hood liners, and carpets), using Autodesk Alias, Autodesk Alias Subdiv, Blender, Autodesk Maya, Pixologic ZBrush, Grasshopper plugin for Rhino, Dynamo plugin for Autodesk Alias, Autodesk VRED, Luxion KeyShot, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint tools. Conceptualize passenger vehicle shapes, proportions, lines, curves, and surface details. Ensure attention to detail including accuracy, proportions, functionality, and 3D models design adherence to industry standards, U.S. and international safety regulations, and GM manufacturing feasibility, and maintain overall GM brand, color, and materials strategies.
