Character Artist, BigBoxVR Responsibilities:
Create high quality, detailed 3D character models and assets.
Understand how to work with asset limitations to high high quality deliverables on time while managing risks.
Mentor and motivate other character artists.
Ensure art assets are performant and within budgets for draw calls, poly counts, and texture memory without compromising visual quality.
Develop new character ideas that fit within conceptual designs, technical parameters, and production goals, for a live-service online game.
Help define and maintain art production pipelines, tools, and systems to hit high fidelity within the constraints.

RS&H is currently seeking a Junior 3D Visualization Artist to join the RS&H Visualization team located in our Tampa, FL office.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in creating 3D visualizations, animations, and renderings for architectural and engineering projects. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating detailed 3D models and visualizations for a variety of AEC projects, including architecture, infrastructure, and urban planning.
Support the development of photorealistic renderings and animations to aid project presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet client expectations.
Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, & After Effects) to produce high-quality visual content.
Learn and apply new techniques and software advancements in 3D visualization.
Manage assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization technology and software.
Follow direction from senior visualization artists, and effectively communicate when issues arise.
Ensure quality and consistency meet project standards and specifications.
Maintain organized files, documentation, and version control for 3D assets and projects.
Communicate effectively with team members to deliver comprehensive project debriefings.
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

Role - This role is a 12 month contract (1099) role and part-time at 30 hours per week.
PDW is seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist to join our team, contributing to top tier real-time rendering products for military and commercial customers. Responsibilities
Follow best practices of asset content creation processes.
Team up with other artists, developers, and military experts to build an exceptional product experience.
Ensure that assets are performant on mobile devices and look good on high-end devices.
Support developers by modifying artwork as necessary to fulfill technical needs.
Store final work in version control software according to project organization standards.
Be accountable for the full asset pipeline steps like, 3D modeling, texturing, engine integration, visual effects, animations, and optimizations.
Follow project organization guidelines to enable teamwork and ease future maintenance.
