Amazon
Creative Director CGI, Devices Brand Studio
USA - Santa Monica, CA - 141,000.00 - 190,700.00 USD annually
We’re seeking an exceptional CGI Creative Director to join Amazon’s Devices Brand Studio and help shape the visual future of our entire product portfolio. This role sits at a unique intersection: you’ll be both a vision setter and refining the aesthetic direction of our CGI work and a hands-on artist executing the conceptual renders and key art that set the standard for our production teams. While you’ll create work directly, a significant portion of your role will involve directing teams through providing highly specific feedback, conducting working sessions with artists, and guiding stakeholders through the creative process. You’ll operate across the complete CGI pipeline, from initial concepting through pre-production, production, and post-production. Unlike traditional CGI production roles, you’ll approach every project from both a brand perspective and a customer perspective, discovering how these viewpoints can more effectively reinforce and elevate each other. The environment is fast-paced and high-volume, where rapid prototyping and iteration are essential.
Working directly with our internal and external teams, you’ll help define and evolve Amazon’s distinctive CGI visual language across every customer touchpoint. Your work will span from early conceptual exploration to polished key art, creating the foundational pieces that guide our teams as they bring our product stories to life. This is a deeply collaborative role in which you’ll partner with other Creative Directors and stakeholders across the organization to ensure visual consistency and innovation, work closely with our lead CGI Creative Director to push technical and creative boundaries, and collaborate with external vendor teams who execute the final production work. Your work will flow into internal creative playbooks, design documentation, and strategic presentations, ultimately shaping the customer-facing work that defines how millions of people first experience Amazon Devices.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with Creative Directors and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute photorealistic product renderings on extremely fast turnaround timelines in a high-volume environment
Prototype and rapidly iterate CGI concepts, maintaining exceptional quality standards while moving at speed
Execute on-the-spot creative changes and renderings for live keynote presentations at in-person launch events
Leverage and share AI tools for image-making, staying at the forefront of generative image and video technology
Design compelling presentation decks that successfully articulate CGI concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
Iterate and version concepts fluidly as product designs and marketing strategies evolve
Work directly with industrial designers to translate CAD files, STP files, CMF specifications, and artwork documents into stunning visual executions
Create foundational key art and conceptual renders that guide internal and external production teams
Workshop new-to-world product lines with conceptual renderings that visualize products before they exist
Bring visual storytelling expertise and photography principles (lighting, composition, camera) to every rendering
Ensure consistency and excellence across diverse device categories while adapting to unique product requirements

3D/CG Creative Digital Designer
USA - Austin, TX
Join us as a 3D/CG digital products designer at P&G where you will make an impact from day 1! P&G’s Day 1 starts with you doing something that matters – making an impact on the world, P&G brands, and your career.
As a 3D/CG creative digital designer you will design products that create effective/award-winning 3D/CG content for Consumer Digital Products (CDP), that delivers superior brand communication for our in-house studio. This role is for a self-starter—someone who can take a brief and turn it into striking, on-brand computer generated (CG) content across a wide range of outputs.
You’ll be responsible for modeling, lighting, animating, and rendering everything from photoreal product visuals and social-first animations to fluid simulations and scientific explainers. You’ll also help establish workflows, tools, and asset libraries that enable high-quality, scalable content across brands and platforms.
As this capability grows, you’ll play a key role in shaping how 3D and CG fit into our broader creative and production ecosystem—especially through the adoption and integration of AI technologies into daily workflows. Experience with Unreal Engine or virtual production is a plus.
You’ll collaborate closely with the broader CDP team—including creatives, producers, editors, media, data, and marketing technology partners—to ensure our work is visually compelling, brand-right, efficient, and always evolving.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and activate a plan to expand our in-house 3D/CG capabilities within the CDP space
Develop and implement a strategy to build reusable, scalable CG asset libraries across categories and brands
Own the creative and technical workflow for 3D/CG-led projects from brief to delivery
Provide creative and executional direction on 3D/CG projects, ensuring excellence in visual quality, speed, and efficiency
Lead integration of AI tools into the CG pipeline (e.g., concepting, look dev, modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, simulation, rotoscoping, and post), quantifying efficiency and quality gains
Establish robust pipelines and best practices for real-time and hybrid workflows (Unreal, virtual production, USD/Omniverse, etc.)
Partner with creative, production, and data/tech teams to bring ideas to life through best-in-class CG execution
Advocate for responsible, brand-safe use of AI (IP compliance, data privacy, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop quality control)
Mentor team members on AI-forward techniques (prompt design, automation, tool selection), fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
