Debra is the visionary behind Open Frame Coaching, a company committed to coaching artists on their career journeys within the realms of VFX, Animation, and the broader screen industries. With 25 years of experience in the VFX industry, her journey began as a runner at Cinesite and she elevated herself through the ranks until she reached the role of Global Head of Compositing at DNEG. Beyond her professional achievements, Debra is a dedicated parent and a vocal advocate for women in the VFX/Tech fields. She actively serves on the Board of Animated Women UK, and I'm honored to have had the opportunity to chat with her.

Michael Tanzillo is the Head of Technical Artists with the Substance 3D Growth team at Adobe. Previously, I was a Senior Artist on animated films at Blue Sky Studios/Disney with credits including three Ice Age movies, two Rios, Peanuts, Ferdinand, Spies in Disguise, and Epic.
In addition to his work as an artist, Michael is the Co-Author of the book Lighting for Animation: The Visual Art of Storytelling and the Co-Founder of The Academy of Animated Art, an online school that has helped hundreds of artists around the world begin careers in Animation, Visual Effects, and Digital Imaging.
